Five tools, one URL.
Open 4030.analyticgator.ai when you want to type instead of text, scan recent records visually, or (coordinators only) add new family members. Sign in once with your email, no password.
The web doesn't use passwords — Alfonso registers your email once, and from then on you sign in by tapping a link sent to that email. You stay signed in for about a week before needing a fresh link.
Tool 1 — Add a note.
The catch-all. Use this for anything that's not specifically an appointment or medication: an observation, an instruction the doctor gave you, a status update on someone's recovery, a reminder to follow up on something. The system stores it under the person you pick, with the date it was logged.
Click Save note. The note is immediately visible to anyone who pulls up that person's records.
Tool 2 — Log an appointment.
Use this for any doctor visit, hospital stay, or scheduled medical event. Captures more structure than a note.
Click Save appointment. The follow-up flag means it'll show up in the weekly digest as something the family should be aware of.
Tool 3 — Add a medication.
For new prescriptions or changes to existing ones. Captures the structured details that matter for refills and dosage.
Faster from your phone: Take a photo of the prescription label and text it to (989) 762-4030. The system reads the label and saves all these fields automatically. See the SMS guide.
Tool 4 — View records.
The read-only view of what's been saved. Pick a person and you'll see three sections, each as a list of cards:
- Current Medications — what they're taking right now, with refill dates and pharmacies.
- Recent Appointments — last 5 doctor visits, with notes and any follow-up flags.
- Recent Notes — last 8 entries, tagged by category.
Use this when you want to scan visually instead of asking a specific question. For specific lookups ("when is Pa's next refill?"), the SMS line is faster — text the question and get an answer in plain language.
Spanish view: Click ES in the top-right to switch the interface to Spanish. The records translate automatically — Mexican Spanish suitable for reading aloud to Ma or Pa. Doctor names, medication names, and pharmacy names stay as-is. Medical jargon translates to plain language ("BP" → "presión," "OR prep" → "preparación para cirugía").
Tool 5 — Manage family. (Coordinators only)
The Admin tab is hidden unless your role is coordinator. From here you can add, remove, or change roles for family members and care recipients.
Adding a family member
- Coordinator — full access including archiving records and managing other members.
- Contributor — can add notes, appointments, medications. Cannot archive or manage members.
- Viewer — read-only.
Adding a care recipient
The new person appears immediately in the dropdown menus across all tabs — Note, Appointment, Medication, View. Family members can start logging updates about them right away.
Changing or removing members
Each row in the family members list has two buttons:
- Role — opens a prompt to change their role between coordinator, contributor, viewer.
- Remove — deactivates them. Their past contributions stay in the historical record (attributed to their name), but they can no longer text or sign in. Reactivate brings them back if needed.
Switching language.
The ES button in the top right of any page switches you to the Spanish version. The English/Spanish split is purely UI — both versions read and write the same database. A note saved in English by Cousin #1 can be viewed in Spanish by Cousin #2.
Translation happens at view time, so it's always current with whatever the original contributor wrote. Doctor names, medication names, and pharmacies stay unchanged. Free-text notes and instructions translate cleanly to Mexican Spanish suitable for reading aloud to Ma or Pa.
Signing out.
You don't need to sign out manually — your session expires automatically after about a week of inactivity. If you want to sign out sooner (for example, on a borrowed computer), close the browser tab. The next time you visit, you'll be asked to sign in again.
